Now it´s time for you to make dorayakis at home!!! You can send me an email - juane@edu.xunta.gal - with the photo of your tasty dorayakis!! I will post them in our blog.
Ingredients
200g sugar
3g baking soda
20g honey
2 eggs
240g sifted wheat flour
160cc. water
Oil
How to make
1. In a large bowl put sugar, baking soda, honey and eggs. Beat with a whisk until the batter whitened. Add in half of the water and mix again. Add the sifted wheat flour, briskly whisk and add the other half of water. The batter must be soft and smooth.
2. Heat a pan. When the pan is hot lower the heat.
3. Take a clean kitchen towel o kitchen paper, wet it with a little oil and spread it on the pan.
4. Spoon the liquid batter into the pan. Try to ladle the batter in a continuous movement. When the surface of the batter is full of bubbles, turn it over with a flat spatula or with the toothpick and your hand. After about 30 seconds the it can be removed.
5. Repeat step 3 and 4. Stack two by two on a dishcloth to cool. About 18 dorayakis can be made.
6. Glue them (2 by 2) with red bean paste or the filling you want (nutela, chocolate cream, cream ……).
